Haven't received my tax return nor stimulus check.

I have been having problems with my taxes and can’t even get on the IRS site to see when I’m getting my taxes back I will never use TurboTax ever again I’ve had so many problems and no one to help me on here.this is ridiculous. I have no money or job and I really need this money right now :( 
It looks like you've already e-filed your 2019 tax return. The IRS has the info they need to qualify you for a stimulus payment. Note that you can't update your payment info here—the IRS will either send payment to your bank account or mail you a check.   

I try to go to the IRS site and update the information and the information doesn't match?

that link should give you information about what the status of your stimulus payment is. and you're expected direct deposit date and the last four of the bank account that it will be deposited into.

unfortunately right now the IRS does not have live agents that you can contact by phone or agents that you can go into a local tax center and talk to. 

everything is being conducted through the automated systems using their website or their telephone number.
