engaging Turbo Tax

I am trying to retain Turbo Tax for annual( 2019) filing. I can't get through on the internet for my account. It keeps returning me to the check-in box after I insert my user name and pass word. Help!

Actually  currently in 2019 we are filing our 2018 returns for last year that ended on December 31, 2018.
