Do i really qualify?!?!

Ok so crazy situation. In the past 7 or 8 years of taxes filed I MAY have done 1 or 2. Info not remember at all. I have bounced from coast to coast with jobs 98 % small gigs for cash. I have heard yes and no a million times in 60 days about the check. I owe back child support just say 10k. I now have a job which i got 1 month b4 this outrage. They still haven't garnished my wages yet with this large Corporation for the child support. I am in contact with the other half as they said not received yet. I'm trying to do the right thing and change my life around also while still being homeless but have a almost full-time job. So do i receive the stimulus or no or is it split. I did file my taxes and was "accepted on April 8th but haven't heard anything back, and status hasn't changed. I work with a guy that owes over 20k in back support and got his already. Lastly i am using a person I know His business address for mine since im in a tent. So bottom line.... Homeless/using someones business address/under2k total income for 2019 and just efiled it/ direct deposit.. Yes/ but 14k in kwed child support???? Please help

The EIP law says that people who owe back child support do NOT receive stimulus payments.
