Debit to my Credit Card

On July 15 I e-filed my federal return though Turbo Tax and attempted to e-file my Oklahoma State tax. After several failed attempts to get through your system I decided to file my state tax via USPS. Somehow my card was still charged $24.99 for the service anyway. Since I was unable to e-file my state taxes I wish to be refunded the $24.99 fee. I would appreciate your consideration on this matter.

My card was charge and I'm just.making an account with y'all I would like my money back
