Probably not--it is very late in the year--be very pleasantly surprised if you get a stimulus check after amending your 2019 return.  You will have a much better chance of getting the stimulus money on your 2020 return when you prepare and file it in early 2021.  The stimulus money received by people this year was an advance on a credit you can get on your next tax return---assuming you are not someone else's dependent for 2020 when you file your 2020 return,

Thanks, so even though the amend was submitted in April and now shows “completed” I should still not except a payment until I file my 2020 taxes? Just asking for further clarification!

@Jdgrove88 The IRS is very backlogged.  You say you are seeing somewhere on the site that your amended return is "completed."  The chances that the IRS is going to hurry up and issue a stimulus check to you are very slim.  That is why I said to be very pleasantly surprised if that happens.  It probably will not.
