Military retirement pay considered as military pay for Kentucky state taxes subtractions?

Yes, Kentucky does exclude up to $41,110 of pension income.  In TurboTax, be sure to enter 1099-R and answer some of the follow-up questions. A lot of state pension deductions are actually handled on the federal side, once the form 1099-R is entered.
