State Active Duty and Guard status- how do I do the subtractions and income adjustments?

In the state portion of the form, it talks about subtractions of federally taxable pay for training and qualifying services. If we were called to State Active Duty (W-2 #1) and worked Guard (W-2 #2), do I add the two? Which boxes am I adding?

Yes, add the box 1 amounts from your military W2s to get your total military pay to be excluded.
