How do I indicate in turbo tax deluxe that public health service is considered military pay?

The Public Health Service is considered a uniformed service, but not an part of the armed forces (same link, a line or two above).
So the question is, why are you trying to indicate that this is military pay? For purposes of the federal return, the income is treated the same way. Do you live in a state where military pay has special treatment? If so, which state? What are you trying to accomplish?
I’m trying to figure out how the income is taxed in Ohio. The w2 indicates that it is all Ohio income when in reality over half the year is income earned while serving a position in Texas.
Also, the W2 denotes it as military pay
To clarify, was the Department of Defense (DFAS) the issuer of the W2 and what is the EIN listed on the W2?
