I am in the military and am curious as to where I add information to claim my haircuts as an expense?

Unfortunately there is no deduction for that.

Unfortunately, hair styling is not a tax-deductible expense, even for members of the military. But thank you for your service!

Not gonna work. Besides, with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2018, all W-2 work related expenses are no longer allowed anyway.
