I am active duty, I am stationed in Virginia but my Home of Record is California. How do I file my state taxes?

I am active duty, I am stationed in Virginia but my Home of Record is California. How do I file my state taxes?
Assuming your only income in VA is from your military service, you''ll file "as if" you were physically in CA during the tax year.

I am active duty, I am stationed in Virginia but my Home of Record is California. How do I file my state taxes?
In the Personal Info section for your name you should have indicated that you lived in California and that you did not live in any other states since you are active military. Also you should have indicated that you did not make any money in any other states if your military pay in your only income. You would file a California resident state income tax return
