I am a cadet at the US Coast Guard Academy on the status of active duty and therefore receive military pay. How do I file my return if my rank is not included?

The only ranks that are available are enlisted and officers.  I do not fall into either category so I am not sure if I can file under active duty.

As a cadet in a US Military Academy for the rank enter E-5.  You would indicate you are active military.
