MA Rent Deduction

When filling out the MA state tax return on TurboTax online, it provides a way to enter rent paid for that deduction, but at least for me, it then doesn't actually deduct anything.

Anyone else having this issue?

I also had the same issue, the deduction has actually gone from my bottom line tax return (it was working a week ago).

I called TurboTax the other evening and explained, they had 3 people involved in the call and seemed to be looking into it as a matter or urgency. I think this is due to some sort of system glitch/disconnect. Nothing that I can see has changed on the MA law side of things.

Worryingly, I think everyone currently filling out a MA return could be missing out on this pretty large deduction!
