You would report the sale where the LLC for the rental properties reports the rental income and expenses.

So if you file a 1065 to do, the rental sale is reported there.

If the LLC is treated as a disregarded entity and the income and expenses are reported as part of the Form 1040 on an Sch C it is then reported on the Sch C.
