You can enter that you received a 1099-Misc for each condo, entering the Housing Authority as the payor.  You will allocate the income received according to how much was paid for each rental condo from the Housing Authority.  The total of the three separate 1099-Misc Schedule E entries in TurboTax needs to equal the one 1099-Misc you received.
