Yes. As a PA resident, all gains are taxable. PA does not distinguish between long or short term.

I am seeing the same thing. Entered the values in Federal shows up in State as not taxable. Even when I uncheck the box it does not persist. What needs to be done to fix this or are ISO and RSU stocks not taxable in PA?
