With an owner occupied duplex should I include my mortgage expenses (Interest, property taxes, etc..) on the rental property portion or on my personal deduction portion of my taxes?

Allocate 1/2 to the rental side and 1/2 to the personal side. Do the same for any other shared expenses you might have. Some will be deductible only on the rental side (depreciation, landscaping etc).
