Yes.  The Home & Business Desktop program is the highest personal version.  Actually All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. 

If you want to use the Online web version you would need to use the Self Employed version.

Unless you need to file a separate Business return for it like a LLC or Partnership.
