Where do I list the other deductions (Compression, Gathering, Processing, and Transportation) shown on 1099-MISC for natural gas royalties?

Type 'royalty income' in the Search or Find window, then 'Jump to royalty income'.

After you enter your 1099-Misc, with Income and any Taxes, TurboTax automatically fills in Depletion Information.  Click the 'More Expenses' box at the bottom of this page (screenshot).

Continue to the Royalty Summary topic listing (screenshot). 

Choose Update next to Expenses and Continue past the Common Expenses, Mortgage Interest, Other Interest, to 'Any Miscellaneous Expenses?' (screenshot).
