What tax forms do I need to file right now after I exercise the ISO company stock options? I exercised only vested part and my company does not allow early exercise.

You do not need to file any forms immediately after you exercise the ISO. You will receive a 1099-B from the brokerage and use that to file your 2021 taxes.
