What package do I choose if I am self employed and have two rental properties?

You'll need the Self Employed Online edition.  This is the "top of the line" individual program that TurboTax offers and will cover all of your needs.

You need the online Self Employed version or any Desktop CD/Download program.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. 

Looks like you are in Premier you need to upgrade to the Self Employed version to fill out Schedule C for self employment if you have any expenses.  The Self Employed version is the highest version so it has all the forms and can do your rentals too.
