Turbotax not prorating 1098 interest

I rent out part of my residence. IN years past turbotax has prorated the taxes and interest from my 1098 between the income section and the deductions section. However this year it is not doing this. Is this a glitch or does the program no longer divide it automatically? I want to make sure I am not double entering the information.
