Sold Tiny Home

I purchased a "Tiny Home" in 2016. I paid rent on the land. I sold the Tiny Home to the landowners. I paid $20,000 and sold it for $25,000. How do I report this correctly on Turbo Tax?

To report the sale of your "Tiny Home" in TurboTax follow these steps.

With TurboTax open:

• Click on Federal Taxes
• Click on Wages and Income
• Scroll down to Less Common Income
• On Sale of Home (gain or loss), click the start or update button

Follow the screen prompts to enter your sale information.
