Sold a mutual fund this year and made a 10K capital gain. How do I send my tax payment to the IRS for this?

You can make a 2023 estimated tax payment on the IRS payment website using Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments

No the 2023 calculator is not yet available.  The TaxCaster calculator is still only for 2022 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/
