I have a one time $250K capital gains from stock sale in March 2019. Am I penalty proof if I pay 100% of 2018 tax owed thru withholdings by 2019 year end?

My 2018 taxable income was $162,000.

Note that you must pay at least 110% of the previous year's income tax liability if your prior year's AGI exceeded $150,000.
