Sale of Rental Property

When I go through the process you describe; special handling no, sale price and expenses, etc,  everything except the depreciation is correct.  The depreciation is not reflected in the net gain.

I'm having the exact same problem, looks like your post is from 2020.... were you able to figure out how to enter the sale of rental property correctly?
