Reported installment income from the sale of a rental property since 2014. On 2019 no Pdfs forms 6252 & 4797 were produced or info transfered to 1040. Can anyone help?

An added comment to this post is that I used the on line version of Turbo Tax in 2019. Might this be the cause of my problem?

It may cause of your problem using Online vs Desktop or vice versa. It's not a difficult transaction to simply add to your tax return for 2020.

Open your TurboTax return > use the Search (upper right) > Type installment sales (plural) > Press enter > Click on the Jump to... link
Answer the questions with a copy of your 6252 from last year. The 4794 may be automated based on your entry if applicable.
