rental repairs depreciation

Im depreciating some improvements to my rental property but its giving me depreciation amounts that dont seem correct. New windows cost $6181, depreciation $309 depreciation. Rebuild burnt shed cost $7508, depreciation $375. new carpet cost $1100, depreciation $55. How long is tt going to depreciate these assets? they all say 5yrs, 200DB. But these amounts seem the will be depreciated forever. Are these amounts correct?

You placed most assets into service in October, November or December.  That triggers a different rule and your first year will have low depreciation (5% is correct for a 5-year assets placed in service in the 4th quarter; next year will be 38%).

However, windows, and possibly the shed (depending on the details), are 27.5 year assets, not 5 years.
