Rental property depreciation calculation

Previous year my rental property depreciation was shown when field taxes in turbo tax online, CUrrently unable to show the depreciation as filinf using application turbo tax download,Not sure what is wrong.

How did you transition from TurboTax Online to our CD/download product? Did you retrieve the .tax file from your online account so that your prior year information was transferred into your new product? Without that file, you will be starting without a lot of valuable history from your prior tax return.

The reason your rental property depreciation is not showing is that you do not have the information from the Asset Entry Worksheet that carries over in your tax file from year to year for every depreciable asset.

I will include a link to instructions on how to obtain and transfer your .tax file.
