I have 0.0001 share of American Century Inflation Adjust BD FD I under box "X" with 0.00 for proceeds, N/A for cost basis, and N/A for Gain/Loss. How do I report this?

Do I report the cost basis and Gain/Loss as 0.00 or N/A?

no need to report it at all.  the IRS looks to see if total proceeds reported on 1040 agree with total proceeds reported on 1099B.   however, if you imported the 1099B info use 0 for the cost.
