What kind of 1099 should it be? There are many many kinds. Did you work for them and need a 1099NEC? You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.

Yes, it answered my question. Although the TT software Help, should have been able to answer without the need to refer to the TT Community.

I recieved a 5498 for for a trustee to trustee transfer from the receiving firm. the sending firm did not issue a 1099r
