1099-B, sales section "X" with proceeds 0.00 and cost basis N/A. Marked to be reviewed. Turbo tax has cost basis as blank. Should I fill that blank with "N/A" or "0.00"?

Share amt. is 0.0001. I am assuming to clear the review mark that I must enter something into cost basis.

Since it's a zero sale with zero profit and 0 basis I highly suggest you just delete the sale.

Yes, enter a 0 to clear the error.
