On my CA state tax return my income from rental property in TN is showing up?

I live and work in CA. I have a rental property in TN. It looks like my net income from rental property is being factored into my CA state return. Is that right? Or how do I make sure for it not to be in CA state tax return?

Since it's your state of residence, California has the right to tax all your income, even if it's earned out of state.  It sounds like you have prepared the return correctly.
