you told turbotax you don't have a 1099-B even though you are looking at one. Go back through the interview and answer yes when it asks if you have a 1099-B.
To make that correction:
1. Go to the Income & Expenses Section of TurboTax.
2. Scroll down to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
3. Choose Edit/Add
4. When you see Your Investment Sales Summary, choose Edit next to the sale you want to change.
5. When you see "Review Your XXX (broker name) Sales," select the pencil to Edit.
6. Change the "Sales Section" drop down box to be Long Term Basis Reported to IRS
If that selection is not available, for that particular sale, delete the sale and re-enter it manually going through the interview carefully. (see fanfare comment above)
