My son is 31.He evacuated from hurricane Erma, lost his rental house and job from the hurricane.He is now living with us, going to school full time. Can I claims him ?

Did he have more than $4150 of income in 2018? If so, you cannot claim him as a dependent.

It depends. In order to claim your son as a dependent, he would need to earn less than $4,150 and you would need to provide MORE than 1/2 of his support for the year. If both of these do not apply, then no, you cannot claim him as a dependent.
