This is a known issue with the ONLINE program ... you will need to switch to the Downloaded version to file the return. Since today is the filing deadline a fix for the online program will not be happening as the online program will close in 5 days.
If you have NOT paid the online fee yet :
You can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. In the Downloaded version you can "cheap out" and use the Deluxe ( or Basic if you don't need a state return)...
