my Fidelity information is not being downloaded by Turbo tax. The connection is made and I log into Fidelity but nothing gets entered into my taxes

Not sure what Fidelity information you are looking for, but my Fidelity investment section indicates to check back on 2-24-2024.

So if you are looking for brokerage statements, there is most likely nothing on the Fidelity side to download.

I found the problem. It was my browser.  I changed to Chrome and downloaded the information I needed.
