mother living in property

I have a property that I moved out of, and I moved to a different county for work. property is in Fresno California, and I moved and rented an apartment in Anaheim California.  My mother lived there for rent free in 2022 and most of 2023.  Do i have to claim this property on a Schedule E?

If the property is not a rental property but for personal use only nothing is reported on a Schedule E.  You report any mortgage interest and property taxes paid as itemized deductions on Schedule A.
