It seems like I have more transactions on my supplement form than my 1099-B why is that? and if so, do I have to add those additional transactions on the supplement form to my tax report?

You shouldn't have more income reported on your supplemental pages than what is on your Form 1099-B. Often the supplemental pages will give a lot of detail that is summarized on the main form, so I suspect that is what happened here. In any case, the IRS will focus on what is reported on the summary pages so that is what you need to insure gets input into TurboTax.
If that’s the case would the 1099-B have to be corrected? The 1099 is just missing some of the transactions I see in the supplement pages so I want to make sure this is getting filed correctly.
If the 1099-B is wrong it should be corrected. It is common to receive a corrected 1099-B from your broker, so maybe they will correct it later on. I suggest you ask them about it since you are concerned, ask them if you will receive a corrected form and don't file your return until you are sure you have the final 1099-B form. Regardless of what the form says, you should report on your tax return the correct income if you know what it is.
