Last year I used TurboTax Premier due to sale of stock. I have none this year but will have capital loss carry forward. Now can I use TurboTax Delux?

Unfortunately, no you cannot post Capital Losses in the Online Deluxe Version of TurboTax. You must upgrade to Online Premier, or any version of TurboTax Desktop.
