Hi, I wonder if others experienced the same issue while trying to import consolidated 1099 from JP Morgan Chase & Co. The accounts were successfully linked, also it said import successfully on the pop-up web page, but failed on the Turbox tax Premier desktop software.

Please try to change the password on the bank's website, as this can often resolve the import issue.
I am having a similar problem. Turbo Tax crashes that is it closes and does not save any info
