Import problems from Investor360

I'm trying to import 1099-B data from Investor360.  TurboTax Premier keeps telling me that my login userid and password do not match.  However, I can login directly to my Investor360 account without a problem, i.e., not through TurboTax.  I'm wondering whether anyone else has had a similar problem importing from Investor360?  Just prior to my attempts at importing from Investor360, I changed my Investor360 password.  Could that be a problem that I am not aware of?
