I want to directly enter the depreciation on our rental we have had for over 5 years, how do I do that?

You would enter it as an Asset and enter how much depreciation you already took and Turbo Tax calculates the current year amount.  If you want to override Turbo Tax you would have to switch to the Desktop program which has more features than online.
