I sold my only residential rental property in 2023. In past years I used the TurboTax Priemier to file my returns. Now that I sold the property which TurbTax to purchase?

All the TurboTax desktop editions include the same forms, schedules and worksheets.

If you also have a state tax return to file then use the Deluxe desktop edition. If you do not need a state tax return then you can use the Basic desktop edition.
