I sold a rental property for a loss. $18k of suspended passive losses were included on my Schedule E, but no Form 8582 was generated with my return, is this proper?

I file Marred filing Separately, so I understood I had suspended losses year over year.  Turbotax pulled the carryover losses into my Schedule E, however it did not generate an Form 8582 and I'm afraid this will flag keeping the return from processing.

Your suspended passive losses were released because you sold your rental property to an unrelated party.

As a result, there is no need for Form 8582.
