I rent my NYC co-op apartment and would like advice as to how to enter maintenance fees, real estate taxes and depreciation costs.
I pay $579/mo in maintenance fees and recently received a letter from the co-op indicating that for 2016 the real estate taxes were $978. Should I enter $579*12 in the maintenance section of the real estate tab in turbotax AND $987 in the real estate taxes section? Also, what should I enter as land value? Thank you.
