I received a royalty check for my late husband's work. Do I enter it?

The full amount was $3.64 (income) with a commission of O.55 -- total $3.09. The did not send a tax form; perhaps the amount is too small?

You can report it as royalty income, because the IRS says that all income must be reported. The reality is that including this income on your return is likely to have no impact on your taxes at all. And you are right: you didn't get a 1099 for this because it's such a small amount.
