I'm a non-resident & own 2 rental properties in US. Which Turbotax software should I use to file Form 1040-NR, Schedule E, and Depreciation Schedules for the properties?

TurboTax does not provide or support the 1040-NR for non-residents. I suggest you check out SprintTax at https://www.sprintax.com/ as they specialize in non-resident tax returns.
