Your Cost Seg study separates the assets. You need to do the same thing: Enter each asset separately.
Many of the separated assets may have shorter Recovery Periods and may qualify for Bonus Depreciation (and possibly Section 179). The program will calculate the depreciation for each separate asset.
There is no way to enter one, bulk, total number for depreciation (other than overriding, using the CD/downloaded version, and overrides are usually a bad idea), and you wouldn't want to do that anyway because each year will be different and you'll need the assets separated if any of them are ever disposed.
