The rental property was first a main home, then converted to rental property in 2015.

You need the highest version........the Self Employed version.  It will cover everything you did.

If you are choosing to use the Online version of TurboTax, the Self Employed version is what you need.  If you prefer to use our Desktop/download software, then you will want to use the Home & Business version.
