Please report your foreign interest as if you received form 1099-INT and foreign dividends as if you received 1099-DIV. If you paid any foreign taxes on interest and dividends, be sure to enter them in boxes specified in the respective forms. As to the rental property, please report the rental income in the rental section as usual. When asked to enter address of the rental, you will be able to indicate foreign address. There is no difference for tax purposes based on the rental's property location, the rules for domestic and foreign properties are the same.
Rental income:
Once all your income is entered, please visit Foreign Tax Credit section if you paid any foreign taxes on either of your above income. You will be asked about INT and DIV first, rental income foreign tax credit appears later in the interview:
